Online reports are not able to be saved so they must be completed in their entirely and submitted at the same time.

Please ensure that you have fully completed the Evaluation Report and submitted all the documentation required. You will receive a copy of your report (excluding the attachments) once submitted.

This Grantee Report is due within 2 months of completing the Programme or Project funded, or no later than 31 January 2026.
