How it works

  1. Tell us what you want List up to 12 items on this form. Need more? Submit this one and fill in another, which will incur an additional $10 purchasing fee.
  2. We send you a presentation A PDF showing each item and its delivered price in US$ to our NJ warehouse: item cost, ground shipping and sales tax (if any).
  3. You pay by direct deposit Pay the total in US$ or the BD$ equivalent to our HSBC account, then email lorraine@oceanexpress.bm.
  4. We place your order We buy your items and email you a confirmation. We will update you on the status of your order.
  5. Your items arrive in Bermuda We send a final invoice for ocean freight, duty/wharfage, any optional insurance and/or local delivery, then a collection document or email to advise that you will be receiving a call to confirm delivery.
 
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT NOW. 
 
We are a no frills shipper and do not provide quotes. We have absolutely no control over how shippers package their items and therefore cannot predict the shipping cost. If you can get carton dimensions from the vendor, you may use our online calculator to estimate shipping cost.
