Terms & conditions

Minimum fee

Your event must generate at least $60 in BermudaTix fees. If it doesn't, you pay us the difference. There's no setup fee. Registered charities are exempt.

  • First-time promoters transfer $60 up front as a guarantee. It's returned once your event reaches $60 in fees.

Refunds & cancellations

If your event is cancelled or postponed and we process refunds:

  • The BermudaTix fee is not returned to the patron or promoter.
  • You're responsible for the ticket price, the BermudaTix fee, a $1 fee per refund transaction and the 2.9% card processing fee.
  • If we process refunds after final settlement, you repay us within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If a cardholder disputes a charge, you're responsible for returning those funds to BermudaTix. We'll challenge any chargeback that we think there's a chance we can win, but card companies usually side with the cardholder.

Good to know

Flyer or poster: at least 600px wide. Upload it at the end of this form, or email it to richard@bdatix.bm.

BermudaTix event listing thumbnail: If we will be publishing your event on our website, we encourage you to upload a separate thumbnail image exactly 418px wide by 252px tall. If you don't, we use AI to generate a suitable thumbnail. Any changes to that thumbnail requested will incur a  minimum $5 fee.

Merchandise: we can presell scannable drink vouchers or vouchers for any product. 5% of the merchandise amount plus the 2.9% card fee. Merchandise sold without tickets adds $0.25 per transaction.

Comp tickets: up to 20% of your paid tickets. Sell 100 and you get up to 20 comps free; beyond that, our usual fee applies.
