Bermuda End to End 40th Anniversary T-Shirt Design Competition

In 2027, the Bermuda End to End will celebrate its 40th charity event — four decades of community spirit, endurance, and fundraising for local causes. To mark this milestone, we are inviting artists, designers, students, and creative individuals of all ages to submit original artwork for our official, commemorative event t-shirt.

This is your opportunity to create a design that captures the energy, purpose, and history of the iconic Bermuda End to End event. The winning design will be proudly worn by thousands of participants and supporters and will become part of the event’s legacy.

Creative Inspiration

Entrants are encouraged to create designs that capture the unique character and spirit of the Bermuda End to End. While creativity is encouraged, the following themes may serve as inspiration:

  • The 40th anniversary celebration of the Bermuda End to End.
  • The journey across Bermuda from end to end.
  • Themes of community, endurance, and charity.
  • Iconic elements of Bermuda’s landscape, culture, or scenery.
  • The sense of accomplishment and camaraderie shared by participants.

These suggestions are intended to inspire creativity. Entrants are welcome to interpret the theme in their own unique way.

Competition Instructions & Design Guidelines

To ensure designs are suitable for production and event branding, entrants should consider the following guidelines when preparing their submissions:

  • The winning design will be printed on the FRONT of the event shirt.
  • Designs should celebrate the 40th Bermuda End to End and reflect the event’s themes of community, endurance, and charity (see Creative Inspiration above).
  • Designs must be original, created specifically for this competition and submitted by the individual who created the design in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out below.
  • Each participant can submit up to five (5) designs in accordance with the creative inspiration set out above.
  • Artwork may be created using digital tools or traditional media, but must be submitted in a high-resolution digital vector format. The following are accepted file formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encaptulated PortScript), SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) or PDF (Portable Document Format). The minimum recommended resolution: 300 DPI for print quality.
  • Designs should be suitable for printing on a t-shirt and should remain clear and visually appealing when scaled to different sizes.
  • The design should work well on both light and dark coloured shirts where possible.
  • Entrants are encouraged to use a limited number of colours to ensure the design can be printed effectively.
  • If text is included, it should be clear and legible when printed.
  • By submitting an entry, participants agree that the design may be used, reproduced, and modified by the Bermuda End to End Organisers (the "Organisers") for event-related purposes. The Organisers may also make minor adjustments to the winning design to ensure optimal printing quality.

Judging & Public Voting

All submitted designs will first be reviewed by the Organisers, who will select the top five (5) finalist designs

Designs will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the Event: How well the design reflects the spirit of the Bermuda End to End and celebrates the 40th anniversary milestone.
  • Creativity and Originality: The uniqueness of the concept and the level of artistic creativity demonstrated in the design.
  • Visual Impact: The overall attractiveness and ability of the design to stand out and appeal to participants and supporters.
  • Suitability for T-Shirt Printing: How effectively the design translates to apparel printing, including clarity, colour use, and scalability.
  • Overall Appeal: Whether the design would be widely appealing and something participants would be proud to wear.

Following this evaluation, the Organisers will select the top five (5) finalist designs. This selection and evaluation process is at the total discretion of the Organisers.

The top five (5) finalist designs will then be showcased online, where the general public will be invited to vote to select the final winning design during a period designated by the Organisers. The finalist design which receives the most amount of votes online from the general public will be the winner.

The winning designer will receive recognition on event materials, social media, and during the 40th Annual End to End event, along with a special prize.

Submission deadline: JUNE 19TH, 2026

We can’t wait to see your creativity! Thank you for helping us celebrate 40 years of making a difference!
